Bali....why you have so many scary statues????

Morning All!!

I just woke up and was soooo thirsty ( I may or may not have drank a bunch of wine last night) We had NO water..so oh course, the smart thing to do would be to chug a sprite that we had in the fridge...yuck! Haha. Oh well.
So I have to say...I...LOVE....Bali. Everything about it is so amazing. Ubud is my fave, so we are staying here till we fly out on the 2nd. It's quite spiritual...tons go yoga, juice bars, organic cafés...like everywhere. We rented a scooter so we can get around easier. Jonny used to race motocross so he is really good at driving in the crazy traffic. It's a bit less crazy than India, and Cambodia, but still...it's pretty insane sometimes.

The place we are staying at now is only 15$ each a night...insane. It's soooo cheap here! I'm scared to get to Aus..as a night at a hostel ( in a dorm) is about 30$-35 bucks!!! In a facking dorm!with about 8 people!!!!
Right now we have free wifi, breakfast, pool, a/c, tv, etc....it's a smokin deal!
We are going to do a yin yoga class at Yoga Barn tonight..that should be wicked.

*we had to change hotels so we put all of our bags on the scooter and went across town*

Basically life is awesome. Bali is such a treat.we went to Kuta, which is South on the Island. It's a pure party place. You litterally walk 2 steps and people are yelling at you " mushrooms? Cocaine?condoms? Taxi?(except they spell it taksi here..haha), Viagra? Viagra? Like seriously...why the F would I want Viagra?? Also, some 60 year old lady tried to put a vile of "cocaine" in my hand when I walked by...and wouldn't let me go. I was like "'NO..I don't want that! She was so persistent!! Haha. I had to run away from here yelling "no thank you!!!" Basically, Kuta was not for us. It was cool, but I prefer the Zen of Ubud over that place.
The one thing I did get in Kuta that I loved was a manicure and cool nail designs from a few hilarious girls in the alley..bahaha! And the one girl forced Jonny to get a manicure...it was actually hilarious.
He didn't even know what was happening she did it so fast. She was like a nail ninja.......

Our favorite place to eat in Ubud is a place called Bali Buddha. It's all fresh and organic, and they have lots of fresh juices. They also have gluten free, which is kick ass.

Anyways, life is grande. Here are some more pics from the Island:)

Love you all to bits! Xoxo

EM

My shorts were too short, so we had to wear this table cloth at the temple..lol. Actually you have to wear a sarong in every temple....mine smelled funny....

We had a reiki session at a spa out here....this was the view.. ( and yes...that's our sweet ride...don't be jealous..)

Where we eat lunch after the treatment

Outside the temple ( I know you love my sweet skirt...don't lie)

Scary statues along the side of the road... Um.....?

Our last hotel.. It was $17 a night

.....and another scary statue..... Wtf

<3 I'll come home......someday......;)
